Warranty details
Consumer purchases are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, including products manufactured after the order. If a product is not safe, does not match the agreed description or is not fit for its stated purpose, contact info@duellatorum.com with the order number, photographs and a description of the problem.
The legal remedies normally begin with repair or replacement without charge. A price reduction or termination and refund apply when the conditions provided by law are met. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification and use outside the intended HEMA training purpose are not conformity defects. These statements do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
