Data we use

We process the information needed to answer requests and fulfil orders: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, tax or invoicing information, product configuration, order history and messages you send us. The hosting platform may also keep limited technical and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the data only to provide the shop, process and deliver orders, issue invoices, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal, accounting and safety obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract, steps requested before the contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing the service. We do not use order or contact data for advertising, newsletters or profiling.

Recipients and payments

Only providers needed for these purposes receive the relevant data, including website hosting and WooCommerce services, Stripe for payments, Aruba for electronic invoicing, email and IT providers, professional advisers, couriers and Mail Boxes Etc. Card details are entered directly in the payment service and are not stored by Duellatorum.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Italian tax and accounting law. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request or protect legal rights. Technical logs are retained for a limited security period.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where the GDPR permits it. Write to info@duellatorum.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the authority in your country.
