Products and orders

The website sells handmade blunt simulacra for HEMA training. Product pages, selected options and the order summary form part of the offer. An order is completed when payment is accepted and WooCommerce sends the order confirmation. If an obvious pricing, availability or configuration error prevents production, we will contact you promptly and offer correction or a full refund.

Because the products are handmade, small aesthetic and dimensional variations may occur. They do not reduce your legal rights if the product is not safe, does not match the agreed description or is not fit for its stated purpose. Photographs and 3D previews are illustrative.

Prices, taxes and payment

The final checkout shows product price, applicable VAT, shipping and the total before payment. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. For destinations outside the European Union, EU VAT is not charged; import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be collected on arrival and are not included in our total.

Production and delivery

Most products are made after ordering. The usual maximum production estimate is about two months, with possible delays around holidays or exceptional workloads. Shipping time starts when production is complete. We will communicate material delays and send tracking details when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Cancellation, returns and conformity

Withdrawal, voluntary returns and their exceptions are described on the Shipping and returns page. Consumers retain the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity and all remedies provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Applicable law and contact

Italian law applies without depriving consumers resident elsewhere of mandatory protections in their country. Before starting a dispute, please write to info@duellatorum.com so that we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
