Shipping and returns

Production and dispatch

Most products are handmade after the order. The usual maximum production estimate is about two months, although holidays and exceptional workloads may cause delays. We send the tracking link only when the finished order is handed to the carrier.

Shipping price

For up to 4 complete products, checkout selects a suitable parcel and calculates shipping with our packing rules. A fixed €5 packaging charge is included. From 5 to 9 products, shipping is quoted separately after the order. For 10 or more products, shipping is free. If an automatic quote is unavailable, please contact us before completing your order.

Deliveries outside the European Union

EU VAT is removed for destinations outside the European Union. The destination country may charge import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees before delivery. These amounts are not included in the checkout total and we cannot estimate them reliably.

Delivery problems

Please check the parcel when it arrives and contact info@duellatorum.com promptly if it is damaged, incomplete or different from the order. Keep the packaging and send photographs when possible. Your legal rights for lost, damaged or non-conforming goods are not affected.

Withdrawal and voluntary returns

For eligible products, consumers may exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Duellatorum voluntarily extends the request period to 30 days from delivery for unused standard catalogue configurations returned in their original condition. Email info@duellatorum.com before sending anything back. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies and is stated before purchase. Choosing among the standard options shown in the catalogue does not by itself remove the voluntary 30-day return policy. Custom commissions are assessed and confirmed before payment.
